Get fit for space
The grade 2/3 class got into the get fit for space program. Also, we have done walking and skipping to get more and more closer to the 340 km. We are so excited every day because the space station is getting closer. And on Wednesday we finished it.

POND STUDY
To: Robert Thirsk
We have been going to our pond to do pond studying. We go several times every season to see the new changes. We went to the pond on Friday the 8th in the after noon. We saw a snake and we saw a blue dragonfly. It is very fun!

Space and earth
All you can see are stars,
And all that we can see are cars.
We can smell lots of flowers,
But you have to stay inside for hours.
We can go outside to play,
But you are mostly inside to stay.

Sounds On Earth poem by Megan and Emma
Sounds On Earth
Birds are chirping,
Rain is falling,
Wind is blowing,
Softly calling,
Flowers are slowly
Growing,
Grass is gracefully swaying,
Bees are working,
With great speed,
We are planting,
Seed by seed.

WHAT THE WEATHER IS LIKE
Today Monday June 8 it is going to rain. I am not sure its right because sometimes the weather network is wrong. Right now it is sunny but a little cool. I hope it will be sunny all day because if it rains we have to stay in side. But if it is sunny we get to play outside. My school is fun!!!
